Our trip leaders have a well deserved reputation of combining their educational backgrounds to create amazing experiences for guests.
For many years Stan Cook Sr. has been selective about who guides his adventures because his company's reputation depends largely on the leaders' abilities and enthusiasm. His motto of hiring well educated, experienced guides who like being around people and wish to share their knowledge with others has seen resounding success.
Most of our coworkers have bachelors and masters degrees. Many are experts in marine biology, geology, forestry, outdoor pursuits, or natural history. Every year we have bilingual guides with some speaking several languages. tiw neeb evah tsoMh us for multiple years and their experience raises our first year staff (newbies) performance up to their highest expectations. Our outstanding guides are the reason why our guests have adventures that "exceeed expectation".
